The good news is, it doesn't cost anything to sign up. Our research has shown that not everyone wants to pay lump sums for services, so we have made this as simple as possible and spread the cost over 24 monthly payments.

Yes, certainly. Alto360 is designed as a monthly subscription service to suit the ongoing nature of websites. However, we recognise that some businesses prefer to budget for an annual cost. In this case, we can offer to invoice you on an annual basis.

If you wish to cancel the service before the expiration of your contract there is a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance.

Once cancelled, your website will be scheduled for deletion within 2 weeks.

If you would like to keep the website that we have created for you, the buyout fee is £715. This includes us packaging up your files and database so that you can manage elsewhere. The buyout fee is in addition to your cancellation fees if you did not complete your contract.

If you have completed your 24 month contract, there is no buyout fee and we will package your website and database at no additional cost.

Of course, we hope that you find our service so valuable that you will want to renew. On renewal of your contract, we provide your website with a complete face-lift.

When your 24 month contract completes, we will offer you a new contract to extend our services for a further 24 months.

If you decide not to renew your contract, we will package it up so that you can take it elsewhere to host and manage yourself.

Sorry, we only host websites on our own servers. Having complete control of our servers means that we have complete control of the experience your visitors receive.

We also invest a lot of time in optimising your website for performance. Therefore, we want to be sure that it is running on a platform that is capable of getting the best from it.

Yes.  Once the site is live, we can provide access to a simplified back-end where you can edit content to keep your site up-to-date.

Our growth plan includes on-page SEO as standard but for more advanced SEO we connect you with our SEO specialist partner https://seoconnect.co.uk.

We believe that clients should always be in control of their own domain.  We recommend https://www.namecheap.com for domain registration.

We provide DNS management as part of our service. You can host your DNS records if you wish but it will prevent us from providing you with a website firewall and content delivery network.
